There are two options for proceeding at this point.
The first is to diagnose why the system is not booting and to attempt repair of the issue. To begin with, you may want disable the automatic restart on error so that you can record the error message and code on the blue screen. To do that, boot to your recovery media, select Repair my computer, followed by Troubleshoot, and then Command Prompt. Enter the following and press enter:

Then reboot the system. Select number 9 when provided with the menu for
Startup Settings, Disable Automatic Restart after Failure. This way the blue screen will stay up with the error code which can help us determine why the system is not booting.
The second option, which if you are comfortable with I would recommend over the first option given what happened, is to back up your data and perform a clean reinstallation of Windows from your installation media.
You may also want to perform hardware diagnostics on your system, particularly the memory. You can run the
Windows Memory Diagnostic from the recovery media Command Prompt by entering the following command and selecting Restart now and check for problems:
