I recently installed Windows 8 on my Vista- Home Premium Gateway and I was working on it and I got a cyan colored screen and it said "Your PC has into problems wait While we fix it." Something along those lines, but I kept it on for a while like 2 days and it was still at the same screen. So I shut it down and turned it back on and it ran fine until I got the same screen again And stayed so I shut it down again and when I turned it back on nothing came up and the fans and lights came on inside but nothing comes up, No beeps or anything. I looked it up and nothing seems to work.

Windows 8 did not break your computer. It sounds like you had a driver issue with your computer that was causing the old blue screen of death which looks a little bit different on windows 8. When you shut the system down it most likely corrupted the installation of windows on the hard drive and is not unable to boot properly. I recommend resetting the BIOS settings on the motherboard. This should allow the system to boot into the BIOS and from there you should be able to install windows again.

Some motherboards will have a BIOS reset button, but if not, simply removing the BIOS battery for 10-30 seconds will generally reset the BIOS options.
The BIOS battery is about the size of a quarter, and is the only battery on the motherboard. It should slip right out of it's socket with little resistance. Remove it, walk away for a short while, come back and re-install correctly with the flat side with part numbers facing up.

Ok so I got it working again! Thank you! But now when I start it up it does this endless loop where it boots up and then it gets the windows 8 blue screen restarts then repeats the process

There are two options for proceeding at this point.

The first is to diagnose why the system is not booting and to attempt repair of the issue. To begin with, you may want disable the automatic restart on error so that you can record the error message and code on the blue screen. To do that, boot to your recovery media, select Repair my computer, followed by Troubleshoot, and then Command Prompt. Enter the following and press enter:

Code:
bcdedit /set {default} onetimeadvancedoptions on
Then reboot the system. Select number 9 when provided with the menu for Startup Settings, Disable Automatic Restart after Failure. This way the blue screen will stay up with the error code which can help us determine why the system is not booting.

The second option, which if you are comfortable with I would recommend over the first option given what happened, is to back up your data and perform a clean reinstallation of Windows from your installation media.

You may also want to perform hardware diagnostics on your system, particularly the memory. You can run the Windows Memory Diagnostic from the recovery media Command Prompt by entering the following command and selecting Restart now and check for problems:

Code:
mdsched

Ok but I installed windows 7 now and I started it up and I got a Blue screen that said That the bios is not fully amci compatible or something like that so I looked it up and it said I needed to update the bios so I went to the gateway website. I found my model and downloaded and MSI bios file from there. But im not sure what to do next.

You should be able to double click on the BIOS folder and update it from there. Just run the installer make sure that there are not storms or that you do NOT turn off the power to the computer and wait for it to boot up again.
