If you mean the CPUs, they are just a overclocked FX 8350. If you mean GPUs we have no idea when those are gonna launch.

Ontopic: you should be fine OP

If you haven't bought the psu yet then don't, cx series suck when it comes to gaming grab something more like a xfx xxx series. Don't get me wrong it can handle the gpu but with trouble because it is not made for extreme circumstances like gaming.

@EasyTransfer. Are you positive my PSU is enough? Just being sure don't want to blow my system.

Like in said before you can take the risk, the cx series are not made for exteme situations, it should be enough though.

If I'm not mistaken you already have the cx600, if so do as follows

What I would do is buy the gpu and stick with the cx600, then when you set it all up, run a stress test to make the gpu perform at 100% if your system crashes then you will need a better psu.

Gpu are constantly being updated, if you decide to wait, when the 9000 series comes out someone will say wait for the 800 series from nvidia and you will be waiting for ever.

If the 9970 is going to be the same as the 780 then it will be a lot more expensive then the 7970.

Yes but like I said if you are going to be waiting for new hardware then you will be waiting for ever, new hardware is constantly being released.
