600-700$ MAX. If a really good one, 750 is fine.

I want it to have:

Core i7 (Any)
8GB ram
Dedicated GPU (One that can run reallly good)
and 500GB MINAMUM HDD and MAYBE also an SSD?

ASUS as the company, if you find anything thats has what is listen above and that is not asus, please still tell me.

You arent going to find a gaming laptop for anything under 2000. Its simply how it is. I also have yet to see an asus laptop with an i7 for under 1000. The cheapest i7 i have seen is 750, and its a toshiba, and is nowhere near a good laptop. Simply put, not going to happen.

Firstly put, you won't find a laptop with an SSD unless it's an underpowered, overpriced ultrabook.
Secondly, here is a suggestion. This is the BEST bang for the buck I could find, but it is refurbished, which always carries a risk of getting a sub-par or damaged laptop. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834231170

It has dedicated graphics. It's the best you'll find for your budget.
