PSU hold off? HELP!

So my new graphics card is coming in a few days. It requires 400w but my PSU only is 300w. Im saving up for a new PSU. Is it safe for me to use my new GPU until I have enough to buy my PSU? 1 month maximum.

Card is MSI Geforce GTX 650 ti. This is all it says about psu.
Internal 300W (100V-240V)
* Form factor: Internal ATX
* Total wattage: 300W
* Nominal input voltage range: 200-240V/3A (50-60Hz)
* Dimensions: 150mm x 140mm x 86mm (5.9 x 5.5 x 3.4 inches)
