Hi im playing at 1366x768 res i have an i3 3220 ,Asus P8H61-MX USB3, 2x2gb 1333 ram and an Aerocool VP Pro 500w. what video card can i buy to play high to ultra settings but still budget friendly and wont get bottlenecked by my system thanks!

Gtx 650Ti or Ati 7790 on any of these two you will achieve more then you want
they are meant for the 1080p entry level so they will be very good on your 720p

if they are out of your budget then
the only option you have left is

Ati 7770 this card will do the ultra on 1366x768
but on 1080p this card will not be good on ultra

will the 7770 perform playable fps on 1080p in medium to high?

Yes off course it will give playable fps on 1080p with medium settings i have seen official ati 7770 video on youtube in which they were showing battlefield 3 on 1080p with some settings on ultra medium and high and they were getting 40 fps on thunder run mission
