So I'm a first time builder and this is stressing me out very much. I just got my last piece and plugged everything up and tried to boot for the first time and all the lights and fans turned on and the disc trey opens and I can hear the hard-drive humming, but it wont load BIOS and the speaker just lets out 2-second long beeps forever. It did this both with and without the RAM. I know the RAM is seated properly. When I plugged in my monitor I got no picture just the beeps. Please PLEASE help I really want this thing up and running.

Mobo - GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-S2
Video Card - Integrated
CPU - AMD FX-6300 Vishera
PSU - RAIDMAX HYBRID 2 RX-530SS 530W
RAM - 1x Kingston KVR1333D3N9/4G

Whoever helps me is getting their name tattooed across my chest . . . or maybe something less . . .
THANKS FOR HELPING!

For ruling out a short try testing the board outside the case. Insert single RAM stick. Test each slot.
Depending on the board's revision, the CPU might require a BIOS update. What's the board's rev?
