no motherboard can handle gpu of two different companies. like nvidia and ati.
motherboard can take only two ati's or 2 nvidia's. but not both.

so its your choise t o take nvidia or ati ,but not both mixed.

HYBBRID GrAPHICS measn utilizing cpu graphiics and gpu graphics both at a time but no mixing two different companies

He is not talking about trying to run an AMD and Nvidia card in SLI/Crossfire, or using both for graphics rendering. He wants to use the Nvidia card solely for PhysX. It is possible to do it, but it does require the use of a hacked driver, as Nvidia doesn't allow PhysX to work at all when an AMD card is installed in the system.

Either board should work, though with both boards the second PCI-E x16 slot only runs at 2.0 x4 speeds. The x4 speed should be enough to run PhysX fine, just don't put your AMD card into the lower slot or it will be bottlenecked.

That PSU should be enough for 1 7850, but it won't be enough if you want to add a 9800GT for PhysX, with the one 7850 you are taking the Cx430 close to its limit.
