I'm currently planning to buy a new graphics card, and currently GTX 650ti boost and HD 7850 are on my radar. Would my CPU bottle neck them?

I am also open to any suggestions.
FYI, I am planning to upgrade my rig part by part, so any suggestion is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Thanks for replying. Here are my current rig's specs:
A6 -3500
gpu - 6670 hybrid with A6's GPU
mobo - GA-A55M-DS2
4 gb dd3 RAM

win 7 64bit

As much as possible, I want it to be a bit (just a bit) future proof. :) . Thanks!
I'm also planning to add another 4gb to the ram.

No the CPU will not bottleneck the GPU's. You can go with either one of your choice. Please post your system specs.

My answer will remain the same. You can use any GPU with PCI-E 2.0 or 3.0. And you will be good for 2 to 3 years.
