My internet is wireless and i know for sure it's not the internet provider's fault. My laptop keeps disconnecting but my sister's laptop has no problems. My PC
has no problems either, so i guess it's something wrong with my laptop's software ?
I even reinstalled Windows 7

Solution
If it a random dropping on the laptop. Take the battery and power off the laptop flip it over and see if you can reseat the wifi card. Look on vendor web page for any firmware or bios updates for the laptop or wifi card.
On laptop vendor web page see what wifi card/chipset is used and go to the wifi card / chipset vendor for the newest driver. If the drops are about the same time...make sure power savings is turned off on the wifi card. Most laptops turn the wifi chipset off after a set time to save battery power.
If there any wireless phones near your laptop or the router they can be hurting the signal. Or if there a lot of wifi networks ie large condo complex try changing the channel on the router to see if that helps.

One more thing, you need to know what the wireless adapter in the laptop is running at in wi-fi standard.

See if your wi-fi adapter in your laptop is running at 54g.
Then check your sisters laptop to see what it is running, if it is newer than yours by some years it will have an N standard wi-fi adapter.

You should then log in to your router setup and check what the router it`s self is broadcasting the wi-fi signal speed as.

If it says N, and your sisters wi-fi laptop adapter is N also.
But yours is 54g on your laptop for the wireless adapter in it.

Lower the settings in the router down to 54g. and save the new settings that should eliminate the disconnecting.
