I just want to check whether EVM DDR3 4 GB PC RAM (EVMT4G1333U86D) willl work on my Intel 945 S-Series motherboard. Will this RAM work in my pc?

There are some LGA 775 Socket motherboards which support both DDR2 and DDR3 but based on the CHIPSET number I do not think this chipset will support DDR3. IMO, DDR3 is not compatible. What is the exact model number of motherboard?
