Using kumbostor and prime 95 and gpu usage drops??

Decided to do some stress tests on my components and noticed when i have prime 95 and kumbostor running my gpu usage goes up and down around 55%-75%. But when only kumbostor is running the usage is 97%-99%. Is this a power supply issue?

probably the prime95 is stressing out the cpu so heavily it cant run the gpu stress test fast enough to keep the gpu at max load constantly. kombuster will only use very little cpu but it is necessary anyways...
So either set the priority higher for kombuster in the windows task manager, or use one less prime worker threads so there is an 'idle' cpu core.
