Im looking to get a 660 and I was leaning towards the EVGA , http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130826
$179 with rebate.
But now I see they have a code and rebate on the Asus,

$168 after coupon and rebate

Besides a slight difference in Asus being less on the cpus, it has better cooling and im not sure if it can be oc'd to match. $10 less, any reason not to go with the Asus?

EVGA has always been the well regarded vendor for Nvidia (they don't do AMD), but ASUS is also a great vendor. Go with whichever one tickles your fancy - you won't go wrong with either one. Personally, I don't count "rebates" in what I pay - too often the rebate gets "lost" or there is something technically "incorrect" in the submission.

I normally don't count rebates, but they're both sporting $20, so I figure that keeps them in line. And for once I'm not starved for the cash NOW. I have an Asus p8p67 pro board currently and have yet to have problems even though I've heard some reports on others having problems. I think I'll hit up the Asus in the meantime as the fans look good and the reviews at least report it as being very quiet.
My sli gtx260s are evga thats why I was figuring to go with them, no problems before.
