Hello, I bought an ASUS K56CM laptop for 2500 LTL or 969$. Need an advice for choosing a right upgrade for my GPU.

BUDGET RANGE: How much it will need, that much i will pay.

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming all types of games, internet surfing, HD (1920x1080) video playback, 3D rendering (blender), video (sony vegas) and photo editing (photoshop)

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: Nvidia GeForce GT 635M, Original AC adaptor

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: Intel Core i7 3537U 2 core 4 thread, 12GB DDR3 RAM

PARTS PREFERENCES: Looking for nvidia card, with physx and 3d vision

OVERCLOCKING: Doesn't matter OR CROSSFIRE: Doesn't matter

MONITOR RESOLUTION: Laptop monitor 1366x766 16:9 external monitor 1280x1024 or a 3D HDTV 1920x1080

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I want a most compatible GPU for my i7 3537U Processor

Solution
The laptop description at the ASUS site would say it's upgradable since they'd want to use that as a selling point - so I'm thinking it's not. External graphics are still way overpriced and not worth the trouble.
Laptop = non-upgradable video for 99% of models. Contact ASUS to make sure for your model, but I'd say you can't change the video card in your computer. I don't see anything in the specs of your laptop that say you CAN upgrade video cards, so you probably can't.

You did do a very good job in the format for the question though, most don't.

Thanks for your answer, what would You want to see in my specs that would say I CAN upgrade GPU? Also, what about an external GPU? Is it worth the time, performance and money?
