My gpu goes to 95 % load and 80 degrees Celsius exactly 5 minutes after starting my computer
MY specs are
amd fx 6300
8x1 kingston 1600mhz
asus m5a97 le r2.0
amd 7850 2gb powercolor
thermeltake 500 watt psu
1tb seagate barracuda 7200rpm

I have ran into this problem very recently as in today never had this problem before

Things I have tried:
-Restarting
-uninstalling all old drivers and installing 13.4
-taking out of pcie and power and reseating
-running malwarebytes full scan

Please help me I've checked my processes for anything suspicious I cant figure out why it's doing this.

Wait it goes away when I unplug the ethernet so I am pretty sure it's a bitcoin mining virus.

Edit: So I spent all morning on this and I finally got the sucker. I hit it with everything I got but two were running at the same time so it was either cleaning EVERYTHING with ccleaner or spybot search and destroy

Solution
You may have a virus, like a Bitcoin Trojan. But don't panic as it could also just be a crossfire or driver issue.

Unplug your PC from the internet and see if that helps. Then open task manager, go to processes TAB, and sort by CPU usage. Even using the GPU the virus will use some CPU resources and may help you find it. If you see a suspicious service, google it.

IF you are using crossfire, disable crossfire. Reboot. Re-enable crossfire.

* PS * nevermind, I see you found it was a bitcoin virus and killed it. Good work. }:)
