There are so many fans out there that I felt I should ask.. Looking for obvious things; quiet, inexpensive and they push a good volume of air. I've looked at the Corsair fans and they seem to be well rated, has anyone had experiences with them? Or are there any others?

Here is a good link to get you started:

You will find several relationships:
1. The faster the rpm, the more airflow.
2. The faster the rpm, the noisier the fan.
3. At a given airflow, the larger fans are quieter.
4. Noise quality of the fan is a factor, but not a large one.
5. If budget is an issue, there are some reasonable fans like the yate loon fans out there.

if you need it as case fans, the corsair af120's are great, except they are expensive. (~$15)

honestly, unless you have a high end build and want it to look nice, I don't see any performance benefits from using expensive fans for your case. Radiators and cpu coolers are a different story though.

Thanks for the reply. This is probably a beginners question but static pressure fans are best for radiators but are they just a beneficial for air coolers?

IF you want cheap , Cooler Master make some good fans ..

If you want the Best , Noctua ... Corsair are not that good .

yes static pressure fans are best for situations where the air flow is impeded by an obstruction, such as fins on a radiator. Depending on the fin density of your air cooler, you may want to consider getting a high static pressure fan, as opposed to an airflow fan. If you have a cooler with a high fin density you should get a static fan.

basically when there is an obstruction in the path of the fan, the amount of air the fan will push wll drop. Fans with higher pressure can handle obstructions with a minimal decrease in airflow when compared to low pressure fans.
