I have a desktop PC computer and my kid started to mess around with all the keys like a frustrated pianist. By the time I got to him, he had changed the letter(like lkj) into numbers on my computer. How to make everything back?

Solution
Leave it to kids to find "hidden" shortcuts.
The first thread was title for Desktops, But as you pointed out most desktop keyboards do not have "Fn" key

Found this if you have constant gaurd;

Off chance that it is internal to the keyboard, try removing the battery from Keyboard. Also If Keyboard is USB With Sytem powered off Unplug Keyboard and reconnect to a different usb port This mayforce windows to reload driver..
Still looking.
