When will we see 512 bit single GPUs?

Solution
When the 20nm process is introduced, perhaps by the end of the year, I think it will be used to add more shaders and other components to the graphics chip. GDDR6, memory bandwidth and VRAM are just a few of the factors that go into the makeup of a top card.
The proof will be in the performance, not in the specs.

I'm hoping that it is just a refresh of 28nm really, just brought another second hand HD 7850 2GB to crossfire with for £100.
