USB 3.0 Header Routing

Hey everyone, I started to build up my system today in an Obsidian 350D Case with an ASRock Z87M Extreme4. I was getting to cable management and it was going well, then I tried to route the USB 3.0 Cable from the front I/O panel to the motherboard connector. This is my first build and I have no experience in this kind of thing but I brought the cable down and fed it through one of the grommets to the right of the motherboard, just to the "south-west" kind of area of where the cable plugs into. The cable reaches out of the grommet very far where it plugs into the header and is really big and obtrusive, so much so that a long graphics card would have trouble fitting there.

I hope you guys understand where I am coming from, if not, please ask!

Thanks very much, Charlie

For the front panel connectors you gotta reference the manual. They are also known to be a right pain in the arse.
Oh, and cha fan1 stands for chassis fan and it's meant for you to plug an case fan into it so you can control it.
Cpu fan 1 is for your primary cpu heatsink fan to be plugged into it, so the bios can control the speed accordingly. cpu fan 2 is for your secondary fan connector.

I tried looking at the picture and it's really hard to see anything.

Okay, thanks but it's a mATX board and there are no other headers on it, only the one. Nevermind. I'm just getting to plugging in the front panel connectors and I do not have any ideas at all where to put them. If you look at an image of the board (ASRock Z87M Extreme4) on the internet could you please tell me where to put them? Could you also take a look at the location of fan headers, I've only found 2!

Thanks, Charlie.

P.S. What do CHA_FAN1, CPU_FAN1, CPU_FAN2 all mean?
