Asus motherboard Windows 8 Crossfire
If there are no drivers for my m4a89gtd pro/usb 3 motherboard for Windows 8, and it shows as compatible, will it hamper my 6970 crossfire performance?

Are you sure that the mobo is compatible with Windows 8? I don't see it anywhere on Asus's page for the mobo.
Thanks for your reply. However I am confused, because this site http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/compatibility/win8/CompatCenter/ProductViewerWithDefaultFilters?TempOsid=win8&Locale=en-us&TextSearch=Asus%2BM4A89TD%2BPRO%252fUSB3&Type=Both&CurrentPage=0&TotalPages=1&ShowCriteria=0&SortCriteria=Relevance&Compatibility=Unknown&LastRequested=14 from windows says that it is compatible. I am really really confused .

Thanks for your reply bro. I already installed Windows 8 on my SSD, and everything is working so far. I didn't have to install any Windows 8 driver for my motherboard. Everything is working fine, and I just recently bought Start 8, which makes Windows 8 a faster Windows 7. Anyways, thanks for the help and suggestions
