Hi, ordered my computer today which will hopefully arrive tomorrow, and instead of putting windows on i will be temporarily using Ubuntu, which i will be booting straight from Usb flash drive.

Will installing Ubuntu also install all of the necessary drivers i need to use the computer? thanks .

My experience is basically what COLGeek said with a little caveat. A generic graphics driver is loaded that although works, you will most likely not have the ideal resolution for your monitor. The easiest way to deal with this is by going into System > Administration > Additional Drivers and install the recommended driver.
