Well howdy there.
I have been led to believe that my current pc can only use 3gb of my 18gb RAM installed. Note this image shows information.
In resources it says that 15361 memory is reserved for the system.
My friends have told me that it is a processor limitation.
I quote this from an amazon product

That is not my pc, but it stands...
(If you could show proof to back up your statement that would be great, but not necessary)
