Is this smart or potentially stupid/dangerous cable management.

I have and AZZA solano case with many fans in it and one happens to be a side panel fan. The metal in the side panel of the case bulges in a circle, so i decided to conserve space, I would wrap my psu peripherals around it that connect that fan and the others in the case. Is this dangerous, because in the metal wheel/bulge, I am wrapping the cables in a circle and there is little metal/copper wires for that side panel fan that the cables are wrapping over (one copper wire going into the fan at north south east and west points)?

Sorry for the bad quality(taken from a flip phone) This one ism a close up of the metal piece connecting to the side panel fan that the cable is on top of when wrapped around.

This one is just a further out view of the coiled psu peripheral wire wrapped around the bump. I am soon going to wrap a second one around if I get the all clear that it is dangerous to the side panel fan.

Strange that they disapeared after I posted them and had seen them up fine, maybe they're too large, but I'm going to try again posting the same size ones, I don't really feel like taking the effort to make the pictures smaller.
