Windows won't boot after installing 2nd hard drive

So, I got a 2nd hard drive. I installed it (correctly I'm almost sure of), and now windows keeps failing to boot. It goes to "starting windows" and then goes to the blue screen. I have the original hard drive set to master and set to boot first, but I just can't get it to boot. I've tried system recovery and startup, and nothing. Any idea what to do?

Also, can't boot into safe mode either.

Sata drives, but in BIOS, the original one is set to master and the new one is slave
  3. Have you formatted your second drive and created a partition yet?
