Second Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-M LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb / s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

Both of these motherboards are good for gaming. You can pick either one and you won't regret the decision.

Honestly to give you something more than just my opinion you would have to: tell me about your case, and how many input/output devices do you need/want? Are you trying to get more performance out of your budget? (which then you'd have to tell me your budget)
Basically anything more descriptive.

Basically unless you have a more specific need, or prefer one brand over the other. Then bro flip a coin heads or tails you win. Both of these are good choices!

The last thing I would tell you to look at would be reviews.
