Will this build work (PLEASE REPLY)

I just wanted to know if this build would work before i buy it (i am pretty sure it will)the only thing i think i might need to upgrade in the future is the PSU

The CPU cooler won't work. The cooler states it will fit up to AM3 socket MoBos but you have an AM3+ socket MoBo. Everything else is compatible though.

Some people like the builder series, I prefer to step it up a notch to the GS series, or use seasonic though.

The memory kit you have selected is not on the qualified vendor list for the motherboard you selected. It should work but mileage may vary.

Also, the NH-D14 works just fine with AM3+ so disregard the above.

The MoBo is fine actually. The RAM is also ok, despite it not being on the list of manufacturers. Corsair is very well known and popular, so you shouldn't have any problems.

or maybe different RAM that is better with the MOBO again preferably cheaper

That specific Noctua Fan states that it only supports a few Intel motherboards, and "0" AMD motherboards.

Maybe try a local shop for the heatsink?

The memory you linked is way way overkill. Try this instead, its on the supported chip list for that board.
