ive been trying to fix an accer aspire 5552-5619. I preformed a system restore on it and everything was going well until while i was gone it died during a installation of office 2010. i plugged it in and turned on and went back to the office installation,now its been stuck at 18/27 for hours now, and im running out of options. ive already tried restoring by using previous rrstore points from before the installation began, and ive tried to reset to factory settings using safe mode and repair settings options and nothing has worked. I need to know how to move this installation forward or just fix the situation.
