Well, if it's within a few months save your money now, and buy everything on Black Friday/Cyber Monday. You'll get much better deals and hopefully not have to wait too much longer than what you were already planning on. Most of the builds that get recommended are at best good for a week. Pricing changes so much that what is recommended now won't be the same next week. Amd will be releasing the next generation of Radeons fairly soon, and I thought they also had a better Cpu refresh coming which might skew recommendations.

However, to critique your build: That's too much to pay for only DDR3 1333mhz. You can get 1600 and possibly 1866 for about the same price or cheaper depending on sales. Too much to spend on the PSU as well. I...

GTX 760 is a better choice for only a little more. Still either graphics card will be great.

However, to critique your build: That's too much to pay for only DDR3 1333mhz. You can get 1600 and possibly 1866 for about the same price or cheaper depending on sales. Too much to spend on the PSU as well. I wouldn't pay more than 40 - 50 dollars for that PSU, and for that price you can get 700w + from a better built PSU. Think Xfx, Seasonic, OCZ, Pc Power and Cooling and the higher end Corsair series. I agree, I'd rather get a 760 for 20 dollars more than the 7950, but both are really solid. For the Case I'd rather recommend a Fractal Design Define R4 w/window for about the same price, but, that's mostly aesthetic at that price point.

The new AMD drivers fixed problems with crossfire microstuttering

I agree 100%. The AX7990 has gone down to $579.99 with 8 games. Ridiculous. All the other 7990's are around 600-650 now as well, showing that prices can drop so much (the 7990 has dropped $350 in the last few days), if you wait. I would suggest the 7950 due to the premise that you are overclocking -- if you're not heavily overclocking, it may be best to stick with a GTX 760. A 7950 at 1175 core most of the time beats a 670, and a 670 most of the time handily beats a 760.
