Hello friends I am getting 50 degrees Celsius plus on idle on my I7 960 and that is without a overclock. I am using the stock cpu fan because when I tried to install my Cooler Master Hyper 212 + in my AeroCool Mechatron Mid Tower case the cpu cooler was hitting the side panel fan. I do not want to have too toss the cooler away but will if I have too. This fan is what I am looking at to replace the stock fan

Would like to know if this fan will allow me to run my HyperX blu ram at 1600mhz like it is suppose to do without any heat issues. Do not have any problem with the fan blowing off the cpu just would like to have more copper to reduce the stress on the cpu. If I do try to run my ram @ the 1600mhz that it is suppose to be able to run at that will add more stress onto the cpu correct?
