Hi everyone,

I'm building a system mostly from scratch -- I already have all peripherals, monitor, SSD, HD, windows license (the 1k roughly includes what I already have). It seems like this weekend is the perfect storm of Newegg core component deals, which is good for me since I live in an Amazon tax state and not near a Microcenter. I'm pretty sure I want to stick with the cpu for some mild overclocking, but am open for suggestions on better choices in roughly the same price range for the other parts. In particular, does anyone know a good Haswell-compliant PSU that's cheaper than this one, or should I get an older one and just plan on disabling the sleep mode? Thanks in advance,

Amazing build for under $700. Hope it serves you well.
Also, not sure on the PSU. Better play safe than sorry.
Edit: I disagree with Someone Somewhere; I think the 660 ti will be plenty. Downgrading the cpu to the 3570k only saves you a couple bucks, and your parts aren't unnecessarily spectacular. I'd say it's well rounded. Also, the 7950 and 660 ti are similar, and the 760 was meant to be a 660 ti replacement, because of the similar performance.

Good call on the power supply, saving 5.4 W of power in sleep mode is probably not worth $20... I'll think carefully about the video card, I'm not feeling the 7950 since the cheapest is ~220, but there's a lot of 760's in the 260 range, although that bumps the price up by about 60...
