Typically Coolermaster have the cheapest mechanical keyboards, which are decent quality as well.
I would also avoid Razer keyboards, mice and headsets yes, keyboards no.

The cheapest keyboard with Cherry MX Red on pcpartpicker is the Zalman K500 at just over $70 including shipping. But I'd spend the extra for a CM Storm Quickfire Rapid or TK. The Corsair K60 is good too, but adds another $10-15 to the price tag.
