Hi

my mobo manual says , for dual channel ,have to insert two memory modules in DDR3_1(channel A) and DDR3_2(channel B) and my question is can i just install any of the two memory modules i bought in any of these two slots mentioned(above) (or) do i have to install it in any order (something like first chip in DDR3_1 second chip in DDR3_2 ?

another question (independent of above question)

mobo manual says

"To configure 7.1-channel audio, you have to use an HD front panel audio module and enable the multi-channel audio feature through the audio driver "

what does that mean ? what i should do to enable 7.1 ?

Reading the manual is a good thing. Many don't.
Some motherboards require the first two sticks to go into specific slots. More modern motherboards do not have that restriction, and I would assume that if the manual omits that requirement, you are good. Sometimes it is nice to be able to use the slots more distant from the cpu cooler for better clearance.
Once you install your chipset audio driver, there will be a windows driver app that lets you configure your speakers or headset.
Don''t know about the front panel part, other than you need to use the HD audio portion of the header, not the older stereo plug.
