Let me start off by apologizing for the "automatically RPM changing" part, i know theres an acronym for such a fan, but i forgot it. Anyways, my rig has been getting a little warmer than i would like and i think its time for me to add a third party case fan. Right now the only case fan is the one that came attached with my NZXT Source 210 case(hyperlinked) and i need to know a good case fan that would be able to attach to it correctly. I'm pretty sure the case doesnt matter, but just incase, there's my case model. I want the fan to adjust RPM speeds depending on maybe like the temperature inside the case or any factor like that. Would i have to connect the fan to my mobo or just straight to a psu connector? By the way i have an MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 mobo and a Corsair CX430M psu. Any feedback or answers are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

the term you are lookng for is "PWM" (pulse wave modulation) with regards to self-adjusting fans. PWM fans requre a 4 pin fan header so make sure you have one on your mobo, or get a fan controller capable of driving a PWM. If you run it straight from the PSU it won't have flexible speed, it will run fullspeed all the time unless it has a thermister control that comes with it (adjusts fan speed as temperature changes) Just go to any parts seller (newegg, microcenter, etc.) and check out the PWM selection of fans.
