Motherboard works, cpu works, gpu works, ram works, but PSU wont turn on

Hi,
I just got a new motherboard and cpu, and my gpu and psu are fairly new, ive connected everything, all the wires but the psu fan wont even turn on when i press the power up. I have no idea what to do! My motherboard is aasus mle p8 series micro motherboard, and my psu is a coolermaster extreme 2. I tried the paperclip thing with my psu and it worked, also when i plug everything into the motherboard tbe l.e.d on the motherboard lights up, so im stumped.

Click on the picture where you are looking at the board from above. Zoom in as close as you can at the section under the MCH heatsink, and left of the SATA ports. To the left of the four pins labeled speaker, there is the bundle of pins for the case LEDs and switches. In this boards case the power switch are the two pins just left of the missing "key" pin. Each board is different however so read the manual.

Thanks, but now ive ran into anothr problem, i got all the fans spinning and such, but now i get no beep and no video, this was my previous problem which led me to buy a new mobo and cpu. I took it to this tech guy and he said my mobo was fried, so i got a new one and it still isnt beeping,
