I am a semi-pro gamer and i was looking for a new mouse.Currently I use logitech m90.I generally play FPS games like battlefield 3,call of duty black ops 2 etc and third person games like gta 4,tomb raider, batman arkham city etc.Now the first thing what is a mmo mouse?(I even dont know what is mmo.) Whileplaying fps games, can I assign a programmable key to w,a,s or any other key? and if I can assign can I use them while playing my game to move ,shoot or to carry out any other task?My budget is around 70$.(I can increase it if required)

MMO mice are mice with a metric shitton of buttons on them. I find them to be ugly and difficult to use. I swear by my comfortable 5 button Logitech G400. I'll probably be using that until the end of time.

Grip style=Claw grip
Please tell me the use of programmable buttons.

If u have claw grip then that mouse would be great

The use of that programmable buttons is that it can be programmed to duplicate any key/action
For example u can program it to copy control button so in a game when u press that button u would crouch as u do when u press cntrl it can be used for quick weapon switch and many more

And deathadder is a good mouse for palm grip not claw grip

Ever heard of Macro's?
The simplest example I can think of is Ctrl+Alt+Delete. The purpose of macro's is too bind those multiple key presses to a single key. The point of extra programmable keys is that you have dedicated keys for Macro usage. So you bind Ctrl+Alt+Delete to a key, when you hit that key it sends the signal of hitting those keys, which then does whatever it does.
Basically turns multiple key presses into one, which will help in fast paced games (particularly strategy games).

I use a Deathadder 2013 with a Palm-Claw hybrid grip, its fine for either IMO.

THank for all your help. Are you sure that the programmable buttons can be used with any fps or third person games and they can be assigned as any button on the keyboard?
Is mad catz mmo7 better than razer naga and logitech g700?
