What Windows should i go with for a gaming pc!! NEED HELP

Solution
Windows 8 is very stable and has a number of improvements under the hood that often go overlooked. I've been using it since general availability last august on multiple PCs and have had no crashes, no BSoDs (except when tweaking overclocks), and no hardware compatibility issues. The only program that doesn't work is some professional FPGA design software. If you don't like the new start menu, install one of the many replacements.
