new build PC can't read my hard drive

Ok, so I managed to fully install and partition windows 7 on ssd and installed motherboard and graphics card through disc (haven't updated the drivers for them yet) and thought it was time to install the rest to the mechanical hd but seems pc ain't reading i. only in bios in advance settings it will show it's there(achi mode).i already tried through disc management in control panel to no avail and i'm lost.in bios it won't show hd, so I can't do anything with it. My sata order goes like this: sata1 ssd, sata 2 hd, sata 3 optical drive. I made sure the plugs are in ...please help
