Mac OSX doesn't support AMD cpus, also the only LEGAL way to use OSX is to buy a Mac. have a look at this thread- http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/340-69-hackintosh

the thread I linked to has some disussion on amd Hackintosh. And don't get me wrong I just put the legal as a disclaimer, I wasn't sure what toms policy was on hackintoshes as I get my info on them from tonymacx86.org and insanelymac.com and haven't been in this section before. As I understand it it is possible to get OSX running on amd hardware but it is difficult and generally unstable, I haven't tried it my self since I got into computers when amd moved to the FX line and started sucking compared to intel in the upper tiers.

I give your only solution I can give. As I see you know practically nothing about Mac OS X and hackintosh in general even to ask right question. I'm not inclined to interrogate you for information on what you really need and I'm not have much of experience with running hacked mac os x in VMWare (at all), 10.4 (at all) or on AMD processor (only first time I've installed Mac OS X on a hackintosh that had AMD processor and I was doing it without really knowing what I was doing). Mac OS X section here is silent by itself and I hardly doubt you will get an an answer in such a borderline situation like yours. Go to the forums I've mentioned and read. Hackintosh is not simple thing with sure guides. You have to learn much to be able to troubleshoot it.
Good luck.

If you're not prepared to put in a little work yourself then forget the idea of a Hackintosh, especially if you insist on using the most difficult hardware. What you are wanting to do is unsupported and not for the faint of heart.
