Okay, so if you can go AMD then this is the best build for that price (Monitor included)

AMD build (better than i3)
CPU: AMD FX 6300 6 Core CPU (₹7579 @ Flipkart)
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 LE Motherboard (₹5830 @ Flipkart)
RAM: 2 x Kingston HyperX Blu DDR3 4 GB (₹5026 @ Flipkart)
HDD: WD Blue WD10EZEX 1 TB (₹4032 @ Flipkart)
Video Card: ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX660 2GB (₹15649 @ Flipkart)
PSU: Seasonic S12II 620 Watts PSU (₹5199 @ Flipkart)
Case: Bitfenix Merc Alpha ATX Mid Tower (₹2805 @ TheItDepot)
DVD Drive: Asus DRW-24D3ST DVD Burner (Black) (₹1114 @ Flipkart)
Monitor:...
Looks fine to me. Just get a better PSU and get at least a Nvid a660 for good gaming performance. Also, if possible then go for the i5 3350p. It is a great CPU when compared with the i3.

Also, can you please tell us your complete budget? I also live in India and might be able to suggest you something better for similar price.

The 760 is a powerhouse. These benchmarks might help you understand. The benchmarks are from Anandtech, so they are 100% correct.

I would suggest you to go for the AMD build since it can be overclocked and the 6 cores in it holds more for the future games. Also the i3 is a dual core (with hyperthreading) which means it has 2 real cores and 2 virtual cores, so for the future games it would not be that good and the i3 would get bottlenecked by future games that would use more than 4 threads at a time.

So my recommendation would be to go for the AMD one. Also you can overclock it in the future for even better performance.
