Do you have onboard graphics? try that?

Try connecting another pc and see if it works
If it does then its a graphics card problem probably.

1.make sure your're connect your Monitor cable to your GF-210(not to your onboard Gpu on motherboard)

2. Clear your CMOS

3.if that 2 step above didn't work,Try to plug your monitor cable to your Onboard VGA/GPU(on motherboard)

4.if step no.3 worked..try to put and test your Gpu(GT210) to other PC(your friends or Family maybe)

5. If still don't work...RMA your GPU

so this card has worked before..you can forget the step that i've mentioned above(except step 4 and 5)..when you turn on your pc, did you heard any bios sound(beep) or something?

RMA mean Claim a Warranty from that Gpu Card Seller/store
