But don't go on its cover. That GPU is as good as none. An Intel HD 4000 is equal or better than that.
It certainly won't help you in gaming at all and is one of the very very weak GPUs you can find.
If you really want to buy a GPU, then invest at least $100 into it and buy HD 7770.

Well that is fine then but if your friend has one of the Haswells (HD 4000) or Ivy Bridges (HD 3000) then there is no need to buy HD 6570 as you won't see any major improvement.
