I bought the Xbox 360 VGA cable.
Was expecting a good quality, but I was wrong.
On the monitor, the image ghosting.
I've read that it's from a lack of shield.
Can I fix it somehow?
Sorry for my bad English.

Your problem, expecting a quality signal from VGA :p .
If your TV supports it, use a HDMI cable. Its a digital signal and so doesn't degrade like an analogue signal (which VGA uses) can if your using a low quality cable.
