Does Win32 have a cap on useable graphics card memory like ram?
32bit OS's can only address 4GB's or RAM total in the entire pc, that's including cached ram on the drives and and VRAM. Windows does a pretty good job of allocating ram between all the components when and where its needed. Why anyone is still using a 32bit OS in this day baffles me.
