I wanted to buy a pre-built PC for Adobe program, Gaming and everyday use.

I found this configuration.

CPU : AMD FX-4100 3.6GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon 7750, 1GB/DDR5
Motherboard: AM3+ 760G MSI 760GM-P21 (FX) VGA, PCIe/DDR3/SATA2/LAN/7.1
RAM: DDR3 4GB 1333MHz Patriot Signature CL9
HD: 500GB
Case: ATX Midi Tower, Black
PSU: 500W

and since I read a lot of bad things about fx-4100 I would like to replace it with fx-6300.
So my question is: "Is it going to run good without any other changes?"

Solution
If this is just for adobe photoshop premiere or dreamweaver ect you really are wasting your money, the gains will be a waste of money. there is nothing wrong with your current processor.
