i5 3470 vs i7 3770 - Upgrading

Hello guys,
What is the difference between i5 3470 and i7 3770?

I want to upgrade my i5 3470 to i7 3770 for:
After Effect CS6 , Sony Vegas Pro 12, Photoshop CS6, FL Studio 10.

What do you think?
Can you give me benchmarks?

A Quad-Core i7 3770 is more powerful for multi-threaded tasks because it has more cores than an i5 and has Hyper Threading. You are going to benifit from those multiple cores and hypertreading with the programs you listed because it actually takes advantages of it.
