I have updated every driver imaginable in an attempt to fix this problem. I really have no idea what to do. My CPU temps range from 40-60c. I usually play DayZ, League, and CS: GO. I have the problem in all of them.

My specs:
AMD FX-8150 CPU (8x 3.60GHz/8MB L2 Cache)
8 GB [2 GB X4] DDR3-1600 Memory Module
AMD Radeon HD 7770 - 1GB
ASUS M5A88-M
600 Watt
Western Digital WD1002FAEX Caviar Black 1 TB SATA III 7200 RPM 64 MB Cache Internal Desktop 3.5" Hard Drive

Nevermind, I have figured out the problem, which was that my temps were too high. I had put too much thermal paste on when I put my heatsink on, which led to an insulation effect. My FPS is fine now.
