I have selected 2 laptops, please help me choose (in terms of gaming performance)

Dell Inspiron 14R Turbo: (RS 45000)
i5-3230M
4GB RAM,1TB HDD
2GB NVidia GeForce GT 640M DDR3

Samsung NP550P5C-S04IN: (RS 51000)
i5-3210M/
6GB RAM, 1 TB HDD
2GB Nvidia GeForce GT 650M DDR3

Which one will be better for playing games like Battlefield3? (not into multi player gaming)
Paying RS 6000 more for 650M, is it worth the money?

The 650 will be significantly better than the 640, the 650 is GTX which means, PhyX, Higher memory clock, higher gpu clock etc and with a quad core and 6 gigs of RAM, that would be the ideal gaming laptop in my opinion.
