i have read threads endlessly discussing which CPU is better or which GPU is better (for my budget). I don't need OS.
So this is what i have:
CPU: FX 6300
GPU: Radeon HD 7850
Motherboard: AsRock 960GM FX micro AM3+
RAM: 8gb 1600 DDR3
Storage: 1 TB 7200rpm
PSU: 430w Corsair Builder Plus
Case: Fractal Design Core 1000 MicroATX Mini Tower Case
Monitor: Hannspree HE225DPB 21.5"
Optical Drive: Asus BC-12B1ST/BLK/B/AS Blu-Ray Reader, DVD/CD Writer

I also have a couple of questions:
1. Should i just get a GTX 660ti?
2. Should i just get a Phenom II x4 965 black ed instead?
3. Should i get a SSD? How would i proportion the cost?
3. Can i do better with my money?
Thank you for taking the time to help another noob.

get this

1.no u should get a 7870 as its a better value for mone than 660ti and has olmost the same performance
http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-HD-7870-vs-GeForce-GTX-660-Ti
2.a 6300 is much better than 965
http://cpuboss.com/cpus/AMD-Phenom-II-X4-965-vs-AMD-FX-6300
3.at that budget ssd is not an option and moreover a ssd just lowers load and bood time and doesnt contribute to fps
4.a better value built is the one i suggested

Solution
If it is possible to go 30 pounds above your budget, then you should definitely get this :

It is an awesome build. Seriously, much better than the one you were going for, so you should probably just spend extra 30 pounds and go for this build.

I hope this helps.

This one is within your budget. But then you compromise on :

1. Overclocking capability of the motherboard.
2. Cooler on the Video Card (Reference Cooler which is not that good and can be noisy at times)
3. The Cooler Master case here is not even close to the performance and the features of the Bitfenix Merc Aplha. The Merc Aplha is the best case for the price.

So you should probably spend the extra 27 bucks and get the build which I recommended before.

You should probably go for the build suggested above or at least go for the Bitfenix Merc Aplha. The Cooler Master case is not worth it.
