Best Graphics Card Under 10000 INR

I want to buy a graphics card that will support the latest upcoming games like GTA 5, NFS Rivals, BF4 etc in medium-high settings. My current hardware is:

Intel Core 2 Duos 2 GHz
6 GB RAM
Radeon hd 5450 (temporary)

You're best bet would be either the amd radeon HD 7750 or if you just went a little bit over, you could get yourself a 7770. You might need a new power supply if you didn't build the machine yourself. Make sure you have a 6 pin PCI e power adapter.
