what cpu are you using? If those are cpu intensive games vs gpu intensive games, your cpu could be causing a bottleneck.

Listen man, that is below average GPU usage, which should be good because it means the game is not having to use anymore of your GPU clock or VRAM. It might be a driver issue, try re-installing your drivers.

I don't think it's bottleneck because i bought FX 6300 3.5 GHz 6 Cores and in games the cpu usage is pretty low like doesn't go above 30-40% maximum 505 CPU USAGE WHAT DO YOU THINK

Low GPU usage with VSync OFF, is an indicator of a CPU bottleneck. So is your VSync turned off?

Turn it off. You might be suffering from a common issue with VSync which causes your FPS to be cut in half to 30 FPS with VSync ON. Nvidia solved this problem with Adaptive VSync, which causes VSync to only work when FPS is above 60.

tried that it didn't help and also seems the assassin creed is the most game the makes the usage drop to 40% there is games like devil may cry that uses like 80%
thenk you for answering

You need to use a graphics card hardware monitor. i use MSI Afterburner, but PrecisionX or any of the other similar utilities will do it.
