I prefer the looks of the MSi Lightning, their "TF" cooler has high praise and I would go for that. Just choose the one that looks best for you.

They have practically identical peformance (In favor of the Lightning IIRC, due to its higher clock) and the MSi TF cooler tends to cool very well.
